Heat Transfer Rollers (Chill Rollers)

  • Sizes up to 60" (1270mm) in diameter and 400" (10m) long
  • Single Shell or Double Shell 
  • Mono-Flow (fluid in one end, out the other), or Duo-Flow (fluid in and out the same end)
  • Materials: Mild Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper, or Aluminum
  • Finishes include: Chrome, Ceramic, Nickel, Teflon, Thermal or Plasma Spray, Rubber, Copper
    • Optical Mirror Finishes, Matte (blasted) Finishes, and everything in between available​
  • Features include: Copper shell for extreme thermal conductivity, Surface Hardened, Specialty Weld overlay (typically 400 series stainless), Fluid passage nickel or zinc coating for reduced fouling, and many more.

Rubber Covered Rollers

  • Sizes up to 50" (1270mm) in diameter and 400" (10m) long
  • Constructions: Virtually any core construction available including Carbon Fiber, Double Shell Heat Transfer, Solid Steel, and many more
  • Coverings Available: Nitrile (Buna N), Carboxylated Nitrile (XNBR), Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR), Hypalon, EPDM, EPDM/Silicone, Silicone, Viton, and Neoprene
    • Note: Specialty coverings available upon request​
  • Materials: Mild Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Carbon Fiber, Copper or Bronze​
  • Finishes: Ultra Smooth, Smooth, Rough Finish (Saw Cut)

IDLER ROLLERS (LOW MOI)

  • Finishes can range from high polish (32Ra or better) to rough, which includes specialty coatings

If your current roller supplier is not asking the right questions then you are NOT getting the best roller for your application (or at the best price!)...

...while rollers may look similar from the outside, there are very many details and characteristics of their design that make some best suited for a given application and some poorly suited. Small variations in design can cause dramatic differences in performance and cost. Just because a vendor suggests that each roller is custom designed, this does NOT mean you're getting what you need.
